CRS300 common rail system tester/6 injectors

Description
CRS300 (Common Rail System 300) control system features high pressure common rail diesel engine is an imitation of ECU (Engine Control Unit) of the working conditions, while providing Bosch, Delphi and other common rail system control signal, driving high-pressure common rail fuel pumps and high pressure common rail injection oil cooler work; drive signal parameters users can set their own situation, and saved for maintenance personnel working on the high-pressure common rail system and maintenance of state judgments.
1.1 About the security
To ensure safe operation, please follow the following rules:
1, using a separate dedicated outlet and reliable grounding. The control system for the three-wire plug the power cord (AC 220V), and standard three-wire socket connector, please ensure reliable grounding;
2, if the power supply voltage is unstable, please use the power supply regulator;
3, regularly inspect the AC power cord is good, and whether the power plug or power outlet dust accumulation;
4, if the controller appears abnormal condition, or an abnormal sound or smell, or the controller can not be hot to the touch, stop using it, unplug the AC power outlet and power cord and all the other connections.
5, if the controller fails, please contact the service personnel to obtain the necessary help;
1.2 Use and maintenance
1, do not throw, drop or step on the control system, to avoid the control system by a strong external impact damage;
2, Do not insert foreign objects into the connector part of the control device;
3, do not water or other liquids into the controller or control device on the internal;
4, do not touch with wet hands AC power line terminals;
5 Do not allow dust or foreign matter to build around in the AC power terminals, accumulated in the AC terminal of dust and foreign matter may cause fire or electric shock;
6, cleaning control device, please unplug the power cord.
