Application:
The equipment is used to determine the penetration degree of road petroleum asphalt, polymer modified asphalt and the residual penetration degree after evaporation of liquid petroleum asphalt distillation or emulsified asphalt, calculated by 0.1mm. The standard test conditions were 25℃, 100g load and 5s penetration time.
Feature:
1. 8 digital tube display.
2. It can be continuously tested three times and the average of the test is calculated automatically.
3. System test mode allows for sensor detection.
4. The instrument working platform can be adjusted up and down between 0 -25mm.
5. The injection rod can be manually adjusted up and down.
6. The test time can be set as 5 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, and 60 seconds.
7. Printable test results of external printer.
8, built-in heating temperature controlling system, the temperature can be set within the scope of 0 -60 ℃
9.With the industrial standard RS232C communication interface, the test can be completed through the communication interface operation instrument and the test results are read directly.
