TBT-510G Petroleum Products Condensation Point Tester / Petroleum Products Solidifying Point Tester
Purpose
The instrument is designed and made as per the National Standard GB/T510 "Test Methods for Solidifying
Point of Petroleum Products”.
It is suitable to determine the solidifying point of lubricating oil and dark petroleum products.
It is newly designed instrument for solidifying point determination. Adopt new type of refrigeration
compressor, advanced temperature controller and special refrigeration baths,
so it has better refrigeration effect,
high temperature controlling accuracy, and equal and stable bath temperature.
It is suitable for oil exploiting,
processing and using companies, relative colleges and universities, and R&D institutes.
Technical parameters
1. Power supply: AC 220V±10%, 50 Hz;
2. Cold trough: one trough with two baths, temperatures in two baths are equal;
3. Controlling temperature in cold trough: room temperature~-70°C;
4. Temperature controlling accuracy: ±0.5°C;
5. Refrigeration system: by a new type of refrigeration compressor;
6. Ambient temperature: ≤30°C;
7. Relative humidity: ≤85%;
8. Total power consumption: not more than 1000 W;
