TBT-1617 Emulsified Asphalt Distillation Residue Tester

This instrument is based on the People’s Republic of China industry standard SH/T 0099.16-2005 "Determination of Emulsified Asphalt Residue Content (Low Temperature and Vacuum Distillation Method)", SH/T 0099.17-2005 "Distillation Determination of Emulsified Asphalt Residue and Distillate Content Designed and manufactured as required by the Law. It is suitable for determining the residue and distillate oil content in emulsified asphalt composed of semi-solid or liquid base asphalt, water and emulsifier; also suitable for quantitative determination of the content of semi-solid or liquid base asphalt, water, and emulsifier. Refer to ASTM D244.20.

This instrument is a dual-purpose instrument, which not only meets the requirements of SH/T 0099.16-2005 "Determination of Emulsified Asphalt Residue Content (Low Temperature and Vacuum Distillation Method)", and also meets the requirements of SH/T 0099.17-2005 "Emulsified Asphalt Residue and Distillate oil content determination method "standard requirements.

I.Main technical features

1. This instrument measures the distillation residue content of the emulsified asphalt at the specified temperature by means of vacuum distillation within the specified heating time.

2. This instrument is a desktop structure, with simple and novel design, reasonable structure and convenient use.

3. The instrument is equipped with a vacuum pump and other test equipments are fully equipped.
