Moisture Analyzer is configured on the basis of high-precision electronic balance
weighing sensor and high-efficiency secondary heat radiation device, to achieve rapid
and accurate determination of the water. Moisture Meter is a thermodynamic theory
based on the material after drying by the weight and wet weight than the percentage
of access to content and gouache other results.
1. Using analytical balance sophisticated sensors to ensure high-precision weighing.
2. As the use of high-sensitivity sensors, the test only a few grams of sample with the
quality, reduce testing time
3. Use of 500W halogen lamps designed to be of secondary radiation heating source,
the sample temperature reached 200 degrees within 2 minutes.
4. Has three kinds of measurements:
1)Automatic mode: Measuring the process of per-minute rate of change of
moisture content (drying rate) less than the preset value, the measure will
automatically stop, and get measurements.
2)Timing mode: at a scheduled time to complete drying the sample, and get
measurements.
3)Manual mode: button operation can be terminated by the determination and get
measurements.
5. Moisture Meter equipped with a standard serial interface,connecting to printer or
computer.
6. Moisture meter can be calibrated weighing system and temperature system
calibration.
