The lifetime is about 20000 hours.That means if you continue testing for 8hours per day.It can be used 7 or 8 years. And yes,it can be changed by yourself.A pure siliver will come with the machine.It is for calibartion.Very easy to do that.
2.Can measure layer thickness with this machine?
It is main for purity testing .But if you need to measure layer thickness.We can add this function for you.You just need to prepare some samples with different thickness coat .We can install your data into the machine remotely.
3.Is the machine online, does the machine status can be checked online via internet?
Yes.The machine is also like a computer.You can connect wifi and there is a Teamviewer .Send us the ID and password of the Teamviewer.Our engineer can check the status of machine for you remotely.
4.What is the voltage of the machine?
There is free transform voltage in the machine.It adapt to any voltage.
5.About setup and training: Is the technician needed here? What dose it cost?
