SYI Foundry has been involving in casting business for more than 20 years. Based on good quality, competitive price, on-time delivery, we've got great reputation all over the world. Not only do we have advanced equipments, but also own a very strong engineering team. Some of our engineers have been working in casting fields for over 30 years.
All castings shall be smooth and free from sand holes, blow holes, distortion or any other defects.
With annual production capacity of 35,000 tons, our major equipments include 2 sets of automatic moulding lines, 4 sets of 5-ton cupola, 2 sets of load test machines, 1 epoxy coating machine, 3 sets of core-shooting machines, 3 sets of shot blasting machines, 2 sets of water pressure machines, 2 machining workshops and all necessary chemical and physical test facilities.
GUARANTEE: SYI Foundry will replace any Heavy Duty covers/gratings, that has been properly installed and broken in normal use, free of charge after receipt of the broken casting.
