4. What's your warranty and after service policy?
Firstly, we can send you the new goods for free if any product damaged the time you get them. But the delivery cost will be paid by your side. Or we can send it to you together with next order. We pay all the cost if the quality problem totally caused by our side.Secondly,we annually attend medical fairs at Germany, Dubai, Turkey, the United States, China, etc. You can bring the damaged goods to us at our booth, we will repair it for you or exchange a new one for you.
5. What is the delivery time?
5-7 days if goods are in stock, 15-25days for special request on package, 25-35days for big orders or special request on products.
6. Can you print our logo on the products?
Yes, free of charge. But we need the authorization letter for the logo from your side. We refuse any infringements.
7. Any problems for the custom?
I do not know how to get the goods. We have agents who can professionally operate with DHL, FexEx, UPS, TNT, EMS etc.. If you have less experience with the customs, we will export goods as 'plastic tools' or stainless steel tools', no medical words on the box, so you can get them successfully. But if customs block the package and ask for over-charged tax and the goods will be sent back to us. We will return the money to you if the goods get back. But the delivery cost will be deducted.
