1. Are you manufacture or trading company? How can I trust you?
We are a professional manufacture only for surgical instruments. You can check our company name on google. We also invest the adwards on google.
2. Can I order 1 or 2 pcs as the same price for the distributors? I am a doctor.
Yes.you can. We can not recognize you at the first time. But I recommend you buy it from our distributors which they can offer good service for you.
3. Can I pay credit card?
Yes. But you need registrate paypal. And you can use your credit card via paypa or our paypal account. It is quite convenient.
4. How can you offer warranty and after service?
"Firstly,We can send you the new goods for free if any broken when you received.but the delivery cost will be at your side. Or we can send it to you together with next order. We pay all the cost if the quality problem totally from my side.
Secondly,We usually attend the medical fairs at Germany, Dubai,Turkey,U.S.China also. So that you can bring me the goods with some problems. We can prepare it for you or change the new for you."
5. What is the delivery time?
5-7 days for small orders 10-15days for medium orders 15-30days for big orders or special request.
6. Can I print our logo on the products?
Yes, free of charge. But we need the authorization letter for the logo from your side. We refuse to make the fake.
7. Any problem for the custom? I do not know how to get the goods.
We have the agent who is professional for the DHL,UPS,TNT,EMS…Etc. We will show it the steel pipes. No medical on the box.papers. so that do not worry it. But maybe the custom spot check and stop it. You need pay some tax or the goods will back to us. We will return the money to you if the goods back. But the delivery cost will be decut.
8. Some company quote me low price and ask 20% higher than first time. Will you?
No, we keep the same price for you at least one year. And maybe we will adjust it next year or not. But for the regular customers, we will not change. Just for new customers.
9. What's your product warranty priod?
We offer 1 years warranty, during this priod we can fix the product for free but the shipping cost should be bear by your side.
10. What is the payment terms?
100% in advance. USD and EURO can be accepted. by the way, T/T. western union. and Paypal all are available. but we will charge 4.5% extral because Paypal will charge us.
