2.Hangzhou Euprun Medical Instrument Co.,Ltd is located in the beautiful Fuchun River-Tonglu. the factory covers an area of 12000 square meters. And it is a new and national high-tech enterprise integrated research, development and marketing of medical endoscopic surgical instruments. 1. Are you manufacturer or trading company? How can I trust you?
We are a professional manufacture only for surgical instruments. You can check our company name on google. We also invest the adwards on google.
2. Can I order 1 or 2 pcs as the same price for the distributors? I am a doctor.
Yes. You can. We can not recognize you at first. But we will recommend you to our distributors who can offer good service for you.
3. Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. You can registrate PayPal account and pay via PayPal by credit card to our account. It is quite convenient.
4. What's your warranty and after service policy?
" Firstly, we can send you the new goods for free if any product damaged the time you get them. But the delivery cost will be paid by your side. Or we can send it to you together with next order. We pay all the cost if the quality problem totally caused by our side.
Secondly,we annually attend medical fairs at Germany, Dubai, Turkey, the United States, China, etc. You can bring the damaged goods to us at our booth, we will repair it for you or exchange a new one for you."
5. What is the delivery time?
1-3 days if goods are in stock, 10-15days for special request on package, 15-30days for big orders or special request on products.
6. Can you print our logo on the products?
Yes, free of charge. But we need the authorization letter for the logo from your side. We refuse any infringements.
7. Any problems for the custom? I do not know how to get the goods.
We have agents who can professionally operate with DHL, FexEx, UPS, TNT, EMS etc.. If you have less experience with the customs, we will export goods as 'plastic tools' or 'stainless steel tools', no medical words on the box, so you can get them successfully. But if customs block the package and ask for over-charged tax and the goods will be sent back to us. We will return the money to you if the goods get back. But the delivery cost will be deducted.
8. Some company quotes me lower price and ask 20% higher than first time. Will you?
No, we keep the same price for you at least one year. And we will adjust it next year. But for long-term customers, we will not change the price.
9. What is the payment terms?
" 100% T/T in advance. RMB, USD and EURO are acceptable.
