51230 bearings consist of three parts, a shaft and housing washer that have annular grooves in them and a caged ball bearing assembly that is sandwiched in between them. Assembly and mounting is a simple operation as the parts are separate. They support axial loads in one direction. Clearance is provided in the bore of one of the raceways to allow for alignment.
51230 bearings are designed to handle axial loads while operating at high speed. Bearings are composed of bearing rings with raceway grooves for the balls. Double direction thrust ball bearings can support axial load in both directions. Neither style can be subjected to radial loads. Available in bore dimension range from 10mm to 560mm.
51230 bearings consist of shaft washer, a housing washer and a ball and cage thrust assembly. They are separable which means that mounting is simple. They can accommodate axial loads in one direction only and must not be subjected to any radial load.
51230 bearings are classified into those with flat seats or aligning seats depending on the shape of the outer ring seat (housing washer). They can sustain axial loads but no radial loads. For Single-Direction Thrust Ball Bearings, pressed steel cages and machined brass cages are usually used The cages in Double- Direction Thrust Ball Bearings are the same as those in Single-Direction Thrust Ball Bearings of the same diameter series.
Single direction thrust ball bearings consist of a shaft washer, a housing washer and a ball and cage assembly. These bearings can only handle thrust loads in one direction.
51230 bearings are made up of series balls (with cage), a shaft washer (fit tightly with axis), and a house washer, balls are rotating between them. They only bear axial load in one direction, not radial load. As the axial load is evenly distributed on each ball, load capacity is very large. But the temperature is higher during working, allowing speed limit is lower. Thrust ball bearings are separable, single direction thrust ball and double direction thrust ball bearings according to their structures. The former can withstand axial load in one direction, the later can withstand axial load in both directions, but not bear radial load. They have the structure with a seat, and the installation surface is spherical, it has a self-aligning performance and reduces installation errors.
51230 bearings consist of two housing washers, two ball and cage assemblies and one shaft washer. These bearings can handle thrust loads from two directions.
