Physical Characteristics:
1) Thrust Ball Bearing is a type of separate bearing,shaft ring, seat ring can separate from the cage and the component of the steel ball.
2) The shaft ring is a ring that compatible with the axle,the seat ring is a ferrule that compatible with the bearing saddle bore,have a gap with the axle.
3) The structure of import thrust ball bearings have a lot of variants.
4) Single direction thrust ball bearings,are composed of washer-shaped rings with a ball raceway and cages that composition of the ball.The ring that installed in the axis is called the axis ring,the ferrule that installed in the ring is called the seat ring,two-way bearings are used with the centre circle installed in the shaft.
5) Two-way thrust ball bearings can withstand axial load from two directioons, however the one-way
thrust ball bearings can only afford the axial load from one direction.

(1). Flat-race thrust bearings:
Consist of a pair of flat washers separated by the ball complement and a shaft-piloted retainer, so load capacity is limited. Contact stresses are high and torque resistance is low. The prime advantage of flat-race thrust bearings is they permit eccentricities, because there are no grooves to restrain one race from wandering slightly with respect to the other.
(2). One-directional, grooved-race thrust bearings:
It have grooved races very similar to those in radial bearings. Thrust bearing capacity is about twice that of the flat-race bearing and limiting speed is about three times as high. However, a thrust bearing has a limiting speed, which is still quite low because balls spin at high speeds.
(3). Two-directional, grooved-race thrust bearings:
It consist of two stationary races, one rotating race, and two ball complements. Thrust bearing characteristics are identical to those of the one-directional bearing, except thrust bearings can support thrust in both directions.
Product brief description:
Thrust-aligning roller bearings can withstand heavy loads and applies to very high speed.
