SK8 linear rail bearing support
Brif introductions of shaft supporting housing
Shaft support blocks are used for end or intermittent support where loads are light and slight shaft deflection is not a concern. Unlike shaft support rails, blocks do not permit longitudinal passage of open-type ball bushing bearings. Shaft support blocks enable clamping of shafts, type SB and eliminate the need for bolts to maintain shaft position. Shimming is suggested for high precision applications to eliminate the effect of variations in surface of base or manufacturing tolerances between supports.

Linear bearings
Linear bearings, manufactured with low cost, are used in limitless journey or used to work in column.As loading ball contacts the shaft at certain point, the bearing application loading capacity is quite small. With rotation of ball with a quite slight friction resistance, high-precise level movement can be obtained. Linear bearings are widely used in precise equipments such as electronic equipment, pull measuring machine,numeralization 3-D measuring equipment, etc; and slip part of industrial machines such as multi-shaft machine, punching machine, tool grinder, auto steam cutting machine, printer, card selection machine, food packing machine and so on.
