Product structure of equipment and principle

    Comprises a front support seat, a feed hopper, a screw, a filter screen, a juice container, a rear support, a slag outlet groove and the like, wherein the left end of the spiral main shaft is supported in the rolling bearing seat; the right end of the spiral main shaft is supported in the bearing seat of the hand wheel; and the motor is driven by a pair of triangular belt wheel to drive the screw to work.

     Juice pressing: the main components are pulp, juice and skin entering the screw juicer through the bucket. The bottom diameter of the screw and screw along the exit direction of the slag increases gradually and the pitch decreases gradually. When the material is spirally pushed forward, the volume of the spiral cavity is reduced to form the pressing of the material. The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise from the feed hopper to the slag slot. When the raw material is added into the feed hopper and pressed under the screw propulsion, the squeezed juice flows into the juice holder at the bottom through the filter net, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulation, and the size of the gap can be adjusted by the axial movement of the pressure regulating head. It is used clockwise (when looking at the bearing seat of the hand wheel from the slag discharge slot of the equipment to the end of the feed bucket, the pressure regulating head is turned to the left, and the gap is narrowed, on the contrary, the gap becomes larger). Changing the size of the gap, that is, adjusting the resistance of slag discharge, the slag rate can be changed, but if the gap is too small, under strong extrusion, some of the particles of the slag will be extruded through the filter together with the juice.

Product maintenance and use

1.Before starting the feeding, the feeding should be carried out after the machine is running normally, and the feeding must be uniform;

2.If abnormal noise and vibration are found at work, it should be stopped and eliminated and reused;

3.When the machine needs to be cleaned, the front cylinder cover can be opened, the right-handed tension screw can be removed, and the spindle part can be removed;

4.If you do not need to clean for a long time, remove stagnant water, store in a dry and ventilated room.

2. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
3.The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try them best to save your container quantity.
