I. Product Introduction:

This machine adopts flour as raw material to produce different shapes under extrusion technology and different moulds,after frying and seasoning,become into different shape and taste fried pasta food such as pizza roll, shell crispy ,whelk crispy, cat-ear crispy, crispy pea ect.The product look like true and taste crispy and delicious after frying.No need dryer,simple techinics,little investment.It is the best choice for middle-sized enterprise.

1. Flour Mixer 

 To mix corn meal with water to prepare the flour for Bread Crumb. 

2. Screw Conveyor

To convey material flour to the Extruder.

3. Twin-Screw Extruder

To cook the corn meal and extrude the snacks from the mould .

4. Cutting machine

To cut into many different sheaps.

5. Fryer

To fry the products.

III. Specifications:
1. Raw materials: adopts wheat as ingredients.

2. Products: Mainly used for dressing on fried food, like beefsteak, chicken leg,  chicken wing, etc.
