Troubleshooting:
1.NO POWER:1-1 Checkc the power supply is turn on;
1-2 Check the power supply is connected well with the unit.
2.NO PICTURE:
2-1 Check that the display device is powered on and connected to the transmitter;
2-2 Check that the display device is powered on and connected to the receiver;
2-3 Check the input and output cabling;
2-4 Check that the cables are in good condition;
2-5 Check that the HDMl standard cable is compliant with EIA/TIA 568B;
2-6 Check the HDMl cables are no longer than 33 feet(10m meters),and that network cables do not exceed their length limits.Use twisted-pair cables that has a maximum length of 164 feet(50 meters) at 4K@30Hz and 262 feet(80 meters) at 1080P@60Hz.3.POOR QUALITY SIGNAL:
3-1 Reconnect all the cables to prevent poor connections;
3-2 Check that the HDMl standard cable is used;
3-3 Check that HDMl cables are no longer than 33 feet(10 meters),and that network cable do not exceed their length limits.4.IR CONTROL:
4-1 Plug IR receiver cable into IR in port.
4-2 Plug IR emitter cable into transmitter IR out port;
4-3 Make sure the IR emitter head is secured over IR window center of source device.
