I. Fast fuse meets national standards: GB13539.1-92, GB13539.4-92 is equivalent to the International Electrotechnical Commission standard; IEC269-1, IEC269-4. The fast fuse has been type tested by the low-voltage electrical test station designated by China Quality Inspection Center, and all test items are qualified. Fast fuse has the characteristics of large rated capacity, high breaking capacity, fast fusing speed, significant current limiting characteristics, low overvoltage, small breaking I2T, low rated power loss, small size, convenient installation, safe and reliable, and reliable indication after fusing. 2. The product can be installed vertically, horizontally or obliquely, and there should be no significant vibration and impact in the workplace. 6. The product must be connected to a water-cooled bus or forced air-cooled when the product has a rated current greater than 1250A and is used for a long time above 70% of the rated current. 5. Structure: fast fuse is a traditional filled closed tube structure. The filler generally uses traditional bulk quartz sand. For higher rated voltage or smaller fuse size, some product specifications adopt the latest technology of solidified quartz sand. Products using new technology have their breaking capacity and various performance indicators. Both are significantly improved. The micro switch in the fast fuse indicating device adopts the LXW2-11 micro switch. Its main parameters are: ~380V 5A. The switch has a pair of normally open and a pair of normally closed contacts, and the action force is ≤500g. The installation forms of fast fuse mainly include: P type-flat plate type, M-bus type, ZM-straight bus type. P type installation methods are divided into: single body, double body, three body; M type installation methods are divided into: single body, double body (the single body can be installed according to the installation needs, and the contact force is not required to be bent, and the contact blade terminal extends in the required direction Out).
