Q: are you factory manufactor?
A: Yes, we are OEM, have two factories, one is dc motor factory the other is gearbox motor factory.
Q: can you customize the dc (gear) motor as our specilication?
A: No problem, we are pleasd to do that for you.
Q: do you usually have motors stocked?
A: No, we don't. the motors will be made with orders.
Q: are these motor waterproof?
A: No, dc motor can't be waterproof itself. you have to build a waterproof housing for it to protect.
Q: what kind of motor you specilized? AC or DC?
A: We just specilized in dc motor and dc motor with gearbox.
Q: what voltage of dc motor you have? do you have high voltage like 110V, 220V?
A: The voltage we usually have range 1.5V to 24V. as high voltage is not safe for human boday, we usually suggest to use low voltage such as 9V. 12V. 24V to instead.
