It is the representative variety of Zhangqiu green onion. Generally, the plant has a height of 1.5 meters, a white length of 0.8 meters, and a diameter of 0.03-0.04 meters. A single plant weighs up to 0.5 kg; a high-yield single plant weighs up to 1.5 kg, the plant height is 2 meters, and the white length is 0.8 meters. The dew is sweet, crispy, tender and delicious, and white onion is large, suitable for long-term storage. Zhangqiu green onions contain more protein, multiple vitamins, amino acids and minerals, especially vitamin A, vitamin C and allicin, which has a strong bactericidal ability.
