 BD-CQ Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine 

1.With the machine power cord must be connected to an external power outlet ground, the power cord must be 1.5 mm2 above specifications.

2.The motor voltage is single 220v,fluctuations do not exceed 5%.

3. When the pump clockwise if the pressure exceeds 2.5kg, it means the fine filter is blocked , should be shut down the machine, clean or replace the filter, to prevent motor burnout.

 Method 1: direct cyclic cleaning method

Method 2: emptying Circulation cleaning

1. Will be a clean vessel into the fuel tank below to open the mailbox at the bottom of oil discharge screw, diesel full release .

2. Will take the oil pipeline into the container, the injection tube into mailbox;

3. Connected to the power will be transferred to switch Shun turn;

4. back and forth moving fuel injection dry, dry the bottom of the fuel injection nozzle is fully clean every corner of the fuel tank, focusing on cleaning the fuel tank walls and corners. 

 1.Tubing in the pump nozzle a full pull-out of oil, no contact with oil; 

2 Turn clockwise until the nozzle not fuel injection ;

3 Turn reversed, until smoke is no longer tubing injector;

4 open rough filtration sewage valve;

5 open fine filter sewage valve, will come with all the impurities in diesel exhaust;

6 open fine filter tank replacement filter.
