3. What is your production Lead Time?

3 working days for goods in stock 30 days for mass production

4. What is your payment way?

We accept payment by western union, T/T, L/C. Normally, 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.

6. What other service can you offer?

OEM service, we are always warmly welcome client to send us sample to develop a new product line. Customized service, we can help to design your packing.

For End-user and Retailer

1. How can I be sure the parts fit my vehicle?

Please advice the parts no. (oem no. or KYB no.) to our sales, and confirm with them. Simply send the images of the parts to our sales or ask our sales to send you image to confirm.

2. How can I make payment to you?

Normally, we accept payment by Western Union, Paypal, T/T, L/C.

3. When can I receive the goods after I make payment?

After received your payment, we will send out the parcel within 2 working days, and you will received the goods within 5-7 working days

4. How can I get the warranty?

First of all, please take a picture of the goods when you received them and make sure they are in good condition; then contact our sales and send the picture to us and we will record for you.

We guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from any of the following situations:

Abuse of the product

Racing accidents

Improper installation

Improper reservoir hose routing

Disassembly or modifications

Unauthorized oil changes

Damage occurring during transportation
