Stainless Steel Powder Sintered Filter Element

Stainless steel porous sintered filter element and sintered microporous stainless steel filter element (including tube type and plate type) are micro-filter elements made of 316L powder as raw material, through sieving, molding, and sintering. High filtration precision, good air permeability, high mechanical strength, high material utilization rate, suitable for higher working temperature and heat shock resistance. Widely used in pneumatic components, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields. Porous elements of various shapes, structures, different particle sizes and porosities can be produced according to user requirements, such as: covers, caps, sheets, tubes, rod-shaped filter elements. 9. Good corrosion resistance, and can be used stably in environments such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, phosphoric acid, 5% hydrochloric acid, molten sodium, liquid hydrogen, liquid nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide, acetylene, water vapor, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide.

10. The molding process is good, and the overall length without welding can reach 1200 mm. Stainless steel powder products are formed at one time without cutting, the effective utilization rate of raw materials is high, and materials are saved to the greatest extent.
