STSJ-5A Intelligent Electric Tetragenous Direct Shear Testing Apparatus

1. Application:
The apparatus is a kind of strain controlled direct shear apparatus used to test the shearing resistance of soil specimen.
It carries on shearing test by using four specimens in different vertical pressure, to work out the final shearing force as a result when the specimen is broken. According to Coulomb’s law to determine the shearing resistance coefficient, internal fictional angle and cohesion of the soil
Convenient operation, stable shearing rate.
It also has a limit device to protect the apparatus.
