GTQ-5000B High Precision Metallographic Specimen Cutting Machine
1. Application :
GTQ-5000B precision metallographic sample cutting machine is suitable for metal, electronics, ceramics, crystal, hard alloy, concrete, rock and ore sample, organic materials, biological materials (such as tooth and bone) material for precision cutting without deformation.
The equipment adopts high-power servo motor drive, high positioning accuracy; large speed regulation range; good cutting ability; built-in circulation cooling system; the default feed speed is adjusted; menu type control; LCD display; Users can define the cutting method freely; Enclosed cutting room with safety switch.
This machine is designed according to investigation and researches on the market and customers’ requirements. It is used for cutting various types of materials with minimal sample deformation, especially cutting large scale specimen. It represents the advanced level in our country. This machine is suitable for wide hardness range of specimen. It is easy-to-use and on the safe side. It is an ideal option for the lab of factories, science and research institutions and universities.
