XCR-6 Wire Wrap Testing Machine

1. Scope of application

XCR-6 wire wrap testing machine is a new type of wire Wrap testing machine developed by our factory. It is mainly used for the Wrap test of 1mm~6mm metal wire. It is mainly used to detect the bonding strength and surface defects of the surface coatings which have been coated and uncoated, and provide a reliable measuring method for the production of wires and units using wires.

3. Structure and characteristics

The XCR-6 wrap winding tester consists of two parts: the mechanical part and the electric appliance. The count is changed from the original mechanical structure to the electronic count. The minimum value of the count can reach 0.1 lap. The axial force applied during the test, the rotational force, the number of turns when the test piece is broken, and the termination test are controlled by electronic circuits. The operation is simple and convenient.

3.1 The right end of the machine is an axially movable collet. The movement of the collet adopts a rolling bearing, which has small frictional resistance and reliably ensures the straightness of the axial movement. The axial force is increased by weight, and the accuracy of the weight is 0.1%. The left end of the machine is the loading part of the motor drag, which consists of a motor, a reducer, and a rotatable chuck.
