Desktop vacuum oven
Product Usage:
Vacuum drying oven is widely used in research and application fields such as biochemistry, chemical and pharmaceutical, medical and health, agricultural research, and environmental protection. It is used for powder drying, baking, and disinfection and sterilization of various types of glass containers. It is particularly suitable for the rapid and efficient drying of dry heat-sensitive, easily decomposable, easily oxidizable substances and complex ingredients.
Product advantages:
1. The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of liquids that need to be expelled, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive substances;
2. For samples that are not easily dried, such as powders or other granular samples, vacuum drying method can effectively shorten the drying time;
3. All kinds of complicated mechanical parts or other porous samples are cleaned and vacuum-dried. After drying completely, no substances are involved;
4. Safer use - completely eliminate the possibility of oxides exploding under vacuum or inert conditions;
Compared to ordinary drying relying on air circulation, powdered samples are not blown or moved by moving air.
Product Features:
1. With the power failure, the status data and the saved parameter memory are lost, and the call recovery function is enabled. Adopting the domestic first streamlined arc design, the shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate and the surface is electrostatically sprayed;
2. It adopts dual-screen high-brightness digital tube display, with accurate and intuitive indication, superior performance, and touch-sensitive keys to set adjustment parameters;
3, the temperature has a timing function, the timing of up to 9999 minutes;
4, the liner is made of stainless steel 3mm thick, semi-circular four corner design is more convenient to clean;
5. The outer box adopts the 1.2mm SECC steel plate that is commonly used in the international equipment industry. The outer surface of the steel plate is treated with precise double-layer powder paint. Compared with the ordinary exterior coating process, the appearance is more beautiful and the anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance is enhanced;
6. The looseness of the door of the chassis can be adjusted by the user at will, and the integrally formed silicon rubber door seal ensures high vacuum inside the box.
7. The machine studio is a rectangular structure that maximizes the effective volume. The door is made of toughened, bullet-proof double-glazed glass doors, making it easy for the user to see at a glance the culture contents of the observation studio.
