This vacuum drying oven is designed to meet the demanding vacuum curve programming in the electronics industry. It reduces the oxygen content by stepwise vacuuming to achieve the following objectives: preventing moisture absorption/drying of electronic components/prevention of oxidation and dust And granules.

Product Features:

Steps:

1. Turn on the oven power

2. Feed items or specimens that need to be dried into the studio via rails and close the door

3. Turn on the power

4. The working temperature is set

Specific setting method:

Through the touch screen, the user equipment first stage vacuum degree V1, holding time T1, second stage vacuum degree V2, holding time T2, third stage vacuum degree V3, holding time T3,..., and up to 18 stages vacuum degree V18 , Hold time T18, start heating, the device begins to enter the automatic constant temperature stage

5. After the vacuum value and time value are set separately, start the vacuum pump and start to enter the automatic vacuum stage.

6. After the set time, the vacuum pump automatically shuts off.
