Analysis and solutions of common faults of electromagnetic vibration table
Failure 1. The electromagnetic vibration table cannot be connected to computer control (with computer control model)
1. Check if the cables around the computer are connected properly, please reconnect and confirm again
2. Check if the RS232 port is connected and in good contact, and it needs to be reconnected once
3. Check if the power switch of the shaker control box is turned on, if it is not turned on, please press ON (that is, turn on the power of the shaker)
4. Then check whether the RS232 serial port computer setting is COM2 or COM1, replace the setting
5. Whether the program screen is opened correctly and whether it is set correctly, please refer to the computer operation manual for setting steps
Fault 2. The electromagnetic vibration table cannot be stopped after the set time
1. Check whether the operation steps are set correctly, and check again according to the instructions
2. Check whether the internal code is correct, and re-check the correctness according to the parameter table.
3. Shut down, reset the internal code, and set according to the operation steps again
Trouble three, abnormal sound when the table is working
1. See the abnormal sound of the contact surface of the test object binding with naked eyes, please re-binding or check the body
2. Check whether the spring steel sheet inside the table body is broken, if the size is good (length, width and thickness), you can inform the manufacturer to send it to your company
Fourth, some numbers appear in the computer program and prompt to contact the manufacturer to provide the authorization code
1. Check if the computer is working normally (without the vibration table)
2. Confirm whether your company has added other external equipment to the computer or used it for other purposes
3. Check if the communication line is broken or the insulation layer is peeled
4. The vibration tester may be due to personnel problems or self-modification caused by the loss of system files or the forgotten password. In this case, contact the electromagnetic vibration table manufacturer and send it back to the computer host to reset it.
