Product Description
Ultrasonic welding principle:
1. High-frequency vibration transmits the ultrasonic energy to the welding area through the upper
weldment, and the upper and lower weldments in this area are rubbed to generate local high temperature.
2. After the ultrasonic action, the pressure lasts for a few seconds to make it set and form a
strong molecular chain to achieve welding.
3. Ultrasonic generator converts low-frequency alternating current into high-frequency alternating current, and converts
electrical energy into mechanical energy of high-frequency vibration through a transducing capacity.
4. When the welding head acts on the contact surface of the thermoplastic, it generates tens of thousands of high-frequency vibrations per second
weldment, and the upper and lower weldments in this area are rubbed to generate local high temperature.
