Lower extremity Operating Instructions
1.Before exercising, pleasure that the power is AC220V/50Hz and also check if it couls run as usual. And ceck whether the foot fixed rack, pedals and crank joint is loose.
2.Lower limb Rehabilitation Training:
3.Connecting the power AC220V/50Hz; The xontrol panel will show Zero after 1-2 second you open the switch.

| Timing Control | 3 min, 6 min, 9min, 12min, 15min-Five different working time optional |
| Automatic Mode Button | It will adjust the speeding and rotating direction automatically when you push this botton |
| Speed Control | Procedure Speeding Function with 4-speed: 30rpm, 40rpm, 50rpm and can be adjusted freely |
| Model Choice | Countdown Mode; The Accumulative Circle Moce; Calories Calculation Mode( 10 Rotation will consume about 0.7 calories) |
| Rotate/ Counter- Rotate | Adjust the rotating direction |
5. Please Pause the machine and turn off the power switch; and then release your leg; finally please don't forget to pull out the plug from the socket if you want to stop exercise.
Upper extremity Operating Instructions
Unload the leg supporting and the heel pedal( Optional). And then put it on the table and fasten your upper extremity and then you could do the recovery exercising as showed on the following picture.
