it will rotate automaticly.
7. Locked-rotor Alarm Function When bike stops working for 6 second the
machine will issue a BI-BI alarm ring. Push on/off button will restart the bike.
The machine will automatically off if the BI-BI alarm ring lasts for 1
minutes-More safe and reliable
