1. Q: What is the warranty of your agricultural machines?

   A: 1 year guarantee for whole machine ( except quick-wear parts ), engine and gear box.

2. Q: Are there any optional parts for your combine harvesters ?

   A: Yes, optional parts such as rubber track, grain tank and type of grain unloading.

3. Q: How long is your delivery time ?

   A: Normally it takes 15-20 days to deliver after your deposit receipt or L/C at sight.

4. Q: What is the payment term ?

   A: Irrevocable L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance and balance against B/L copy.

5. Q: What is the after-sales service ?

   A: Every year our technician team will go to your local market to assist our sales agent for staff training, marketing, advertising, maintaining and repairing the machine during the harvesting season.

6. Q: Is OEM or ODM service acceptable ?

   A: OEM service is no problem, if you have any special requirements about the machines, please kindly inform us, our engineering department will study and offer you the suitable solution.
