The RT Series Rotary Tillers are sized right for Japanese tractors and are designed to till soil. They are ideal for sowing preparation,nurseries, gardens, farms……

Composition:

body，gear box，gearbox bracket，blades axis/arbor,sprocket cover,back shield, suspender,sleeve，transmission shaft.

Working principle:

The transmission shaft of tractor drive the rotation of the small sprocket,and the small sprocket dive the rotation of the big sprocket.


In this machine ,it has three-pointed linkage.These three-point suspension (the upper one and two below )is according to the CAT I standard.

The advantage of this machine :

1.Graphite gearbox is made of casting iron. Material performance is better. Not easy broken。

The modified structure is more reasonable,connection is more reliable.

2.The lower hanging seat plate is strengthened,the suspension plate shape is not easy to deform.

3.The sprocket tension-er requires manual adjustment, it becomes simple and reliable.

4.The back barrier adds two side plates,to prevent the mud splashed out more efficiency.
