Introduction:
the diesel cleaner is for clean all kinds of diesel carriages .it doesn't need to knock down the carriages and tubing when cleaning ,the work principle is:draw out the oil, enter into the coase filter tank to filter the large particles and water, then enter into the fine filtration tank to filter the small particles after pressing by the gear pump.then the injector jet to the side and dead space of the tank at the 1.5mpa, uniform the oil and impuries, loop filter at the fow of 30L/minuter, then stop after the tank is clean.
>>>operation way:
1.bent the injector to appropriate point, insert lateral cavity by the hole of the clapboard
2.put the tub to the bottom of the tank
3.turn on the power.let the switch veering, the normal clean direction
4.held the boom to inject the lateral cavity and dead space
Notes:
tightening the injector when replacing ,turn off the power ,clean,replace the filter when the veering pressure beyond 2.5mpa ,protect the tube from stoppage when reversing, the window glass will be broken when the inside pressure of coarse filter tank beyond 1.5mpa
replacement of the filter:
1.et the nozzle of the oil tube out of the oil surface
2.turn on the veering, stop when the nozzle doesnt injection
3.turn on the reverse, stop when the pump tubing doesnt injection
