Tips for peeling the boiled quail eggs:
1. Better choose quail eggs which have been placed for 3-5 days.
2. After water boiled, add into cold water, stir the water and pour the eggs into the eggs boiling machine, stir immediately for about one minute, boiling the eggs until thewater boiled again, turn off the heat after 10-15 mins, pick out the bad eggs floating on the water.
3. After turning off heat, fished out eggs, cooling the eggs in cold water for about 5mins, then break eggshell by using breaking machine.
4. Put the breaked eggs into cold water for about 15mins, then they are able to be put into the quail eggs peeling machine.
5. Connect electric power and water source, control the water discharge, as the flow speed decided to the eggs peeling speed.
6. Putting cooling-off eggs into the machine, and begin peeling eggs.
