How to deal with HILCO PH720-01-CG:
1. Turn off the equipment and reduce the pressure.
2. Unscrew the filter housing and collect the outflowing hydraulic oil in a container (the collected hydraulic oil cannot be poured back into the tank).
3. Take out the filter element and check the visible impurities on the surface of the filter element (visible particles can be a warning signal that parts of the equipment are about to fail).
4. Check whether the cap and bypass valve are damaged. Damaged parts must be replaced.
5. Check whether the O-ring and support ring of the filter cap are damaged. Replace if necessary.
6. Gently add clean lubricant to the O-ring of the filter element, and push the filter element of the filter with the nozzle of the filter cap on the edge of the opening.
7. Similarly, lightly add clean lubricant to the filter housing and screw in the filter cap until it is blocked.
