Punching machine (16 tons) with mould (3 cavities) & accessories, for 32mm aluminum cap
1.1 Components of the Machine
a. 25 tons power press, 380V (compatible with 440V);
b. Mould with 4 cavities for 28*18mm PP cap, made as per customer’s cap drawing and samples;
c. Machine control system, including the ECU (Electronic Control Unit), touch screen and wires.
d. Uncoiler and servo motor powered material feeder;
e. Aluminum coil lubrication system;
f. Air generators and cap & ring blowing systems, including one electric air blower for the cap blowing, one mechanical air generator for ring blowing, air outlets and connection tubes;
g. Ring separator and conveyor belt;
h. Recoiler of waste material
i. Mould protection system, including the separate ECU (Electronic Control Unit), sensor and connection wires;
j. Hand protection system, including two infrared sensors, mounting brackets and connection wires;
1.2 Capacity: 20000-24000 caps per hour (frequency: 80-100 times/min); The design working speed is 115 times/min, while the speed 85-95 times/min is the most stable condition;
1.3 Aluminium coil width: according to cap dimension;
1.4 Spare parts (no addition cost): 50% parts of the 4 cavities.
1.5 Tools: Standard tools for repair and maintenance of the machine & mould.
1.6 Installation dimension: 2500*1700*1900mm;
1.7 Installation Notes: Only one wire with 380V & 3 Phase is needed for the machine; No need to fix the machine to the ground.
1.8 Punching Oil required: 10# industrial white oil.
