Description
1. Drying Oven with movable mesh belt type dryer is horizontal dryer with multi-layers/section dryingcombination, this dryer is mainly used for drying in humidity state
when intensity is not high pellet or briquettes, or lumps material.
2.The length of a dryer is according to the humidity and the output of the material. Material feed from the top and run back and forth from the top down to the Discharge port at the bottom of the drying box. Drying time for 15% humidity coal ash briquettes is approximately 60-120 minutes, customer can adjust the conveyor speed according to the humidity requirement of the discharging moisture requirement, belt speed is adjustable in order to achieve good product quality.
Application
a) Dry vegetables like Radish, lettuce, pumpkin, carrots, spinach, cassava etc.
b) Dry fruits like Apple, lemon, mango slices, dried longan, dried litchi etc.
c) Dry meat: fish, Sausage, jery beef, duck, ham ect.
d) Others it can dry noodle, wooden, stick incense, herbs, flowers ect.
