* Customers provide AI or HD original drawings, factory offer free post-processing, we will not disclose any customer information.
* Color printing will have color phenomenon, customer who are strict to color need to confirm the scope of pattern color with us.
* After confirming the factory's rendering, the customer need to prepaid 30% of the deposit, the balance payment before delivery.
* Factory packaging: one case/opp bag, for other packaging, we need to charge artificial packing fee.
* Proofing cycle is about 7 working days, and the production cycle of bulk is about 8 days, the specific time is depends on the quantity of orders
