Epoxy coatings for the inner walls of food containers can be used for the anti-corrosion protection of the inner walls of various airtight compartments of ships and the inner walls of food and beverage processing tanks (pools, tanks), such as ship's ballast tanks, fuel tanks, drinking water tanks, and beer fermentation tanks in the catering industry , Malt tank and rice wine, wine, medium and low alcohol liquor, drinking water, fruit juice, soy sauce, edible vinegar, vegetable oil, flour storehouse and petroleum product storage tanks (pools, tanks) such as crude oil, gasoline, diesel in the chemical industry and their distribution The inner wall of the equipment, etc.
Product performance
(1) Non-toxic, solvent-free, environmentally friendly, and can be in direct contact with food.
(2) Smooth, bright, hard, wear-resistant, good physical and mechanical properties.
(3) Good water resistance and chemical resistance.
(4) The anti-corrosion performance of the medium (alcohol content up to 50 °, 30% hydrogen peroxide, 10%NaCl), high and low temperature resistance (low temperature resistance up to-55 ℃, heat resistance up to 80 ℃) is better than that of similar products at home and abroad.
(5) It can be coated thickly, and the thickness of a dry film can reach 200 ~ 1000 μ m, which can form a long-term anticorrosive coating alone.
(6) The primer is integrated, and the primer is not needed in application.
(7) The application adaptability of the coating and its adhesion to the substrate are good, and the adhesion between the coating and the substrate (iron and steel substrate) is greater than that of 25MPa (pull-out method) when the ambient temperature is within the range of 10-50 ℃.
(8) The service life of the coating is long, and the normal service life can be up to 20 years.
