molding machine introduction:
Microseismic Jolt Squeeze molding machine is suitable for mass production of small castings.The machine adopts microseismic squeeze mechanism, the squeeze force and compression strength design is relatively large, so it can meet the requirements of simple or complex type without presqueeze.

Composition:

Feature:
Microseismic compacting moulding machine can make moulding board, sand box and moulding sand vibrate at high frequency and small amplitude while moulding sand is compacted.
When the sand box is filled with loose molding sand, there are still many gaps between the sand grains. At this time, the formwork is directly vibrated to transfer energy to the sand grains, so that they can find a new balance position in constant movement, thus filling the gaps and improving their compactness.
When additional vibration is added during the compaction process, in addition to the above action, the external friction resistance between sand grains and the inner wall of the sand box can be reduced, further increasing the compaction effect.
Therefore, additional vibration can significantly improve the phenomenon of real-time compaction.
Because microseismic can improve the fluidity of molding sand in the process of compacting, higher average compactness and more uniform compactness distribution can be obtained with the same compactness ratio.
Microseismic compaction molding machine can not only be in the compaction at the same time microseismic, and in the process of sand can also be microseismic, that is, the so-called pre-compaction.
This can increase the amount of sand filling in the sand box and improve the uniformity of the original compactness and compactness of the sand mold.
