The Vicat apparatus is also called as the cement consistency meter, cement setting time meter, it’s used to measure the water demand for standard consistency cement paste and the setting time by complies to the ISO standard method. It’s suitable for testing of Portland cement, ordinary cement, slag cement, pozzolanic cement, fly ash cement and other cement.
