Chain making range: chain diameter 22MM~162MM marine anchor chain, mining chain, stainless steel chain, G80|G100 grade lifting chain, marine mooring chain and various other big size chains.
Standard: International ISO1704-2007, Chinese GB/T 549-2017, regulations of various classification societies, and other non-standard products to satisfy users.
Product recognition: The company has passed the ISO9001 quality system certification, and passed the occupational health and safety management system and environmental management system certification in 2008; obtained ABS, BV, CCS, CR, DNV-GL, KR, LR, NK, RINA and RMRS etc. 11 international Recognized by classification societies, the mining chain has obtained coal safety certification.
Advanced production equipment: 5# automatic chain making unit, 6# automatic chain making unit, 8# automatic chain making unit, 10# automatic chain making unit, 11# automatic chain making unit, vertical tempering furnace, 2000-ton tensile testing machine, a metal cutting machine tool, mechanical performance testing machine and shot blasting machine etc.
The company currently has an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons of anchor chains and other chains, including 150,000 tons of marine anchor chains and marine mooring chains, and big size mining chains,big size stainless steel chains, big size lifting chains and other chains up to 100,000 tons; 66.8% of the products are exported.
