Mask nose beam extruder is a kind of plastic extruder, which is similar to the production process of ordinary plastic products. When we produce the nose bar, we should choose the suitable plastic extruder according to the size and type of the product. Generally, we extrude the product through the 45 type plastic extruder or the 50 type plastic extruder. According to the quality of the product and the formula, we mix all kinds of raw materials together through the plastic kneading machine, and then through the plastic granulator to produce the plastic particles of the machine we need. The raw materials are heated up through the feeding funnel of the granulator to the screw barrel. After the continuous heating of the raw materials began to plasticize and the rotating screw continued to mix and shear the raw materials and a series of processing, and then extruded into a number of cylindrical strips at the die head of the plastic granule machine, after the product water cut by the granule machine into the plastic particles we need. The plastic particles can be processed directly by the plastic extruder to obtain the shape of the nose strip we need.
