#FAQ#
Q1. What capacity power system(rectifier+torch) for choice? 
A1. 75KW,150KW,250KW,300KW.

Q2. What gas used as a medium in addition to air when start arc?
A2. Factory testing generally uses air as a medium, when applied in specific project, argon is generally used as a medium in addition to air.

Q3. Anode and cathode are supplied?What kind of metal used for construction?
A3. Yes. Cathode and anode are supplied. It is made of tungsten copper alloy.

Q4. Transferred arc and transferred arc
A4. The Plasma Transferred Arc ( PTA ) is hard to protect against the abrasion of the cathode. So we are using non-transferred arc for torch to reduce the abrasive wear .

Q5. What assistance supplied for maintenance? 
A5. At factory acceptance test, we'll train your engineers to address regular problems. As equipment exported and performed overseas, we'll assist through online instructions, or send engineer for maintenance if necessary.

Q6. Emergency Stop and Reset Button
A6. For safety factors, E-stop is designed on the rectifier front door for fast response. There is an E-stop option on operation touch screen.

Reset button is safety reset button. There is a set of protection routine will be acted as failure alarm be triggered. Operators be required to press reset to re-run the power system.

Q7. Are these parameters has to be set each time? 
A7. No need. There are several sets of parameters can be stored and named to recall.

Q8. Is the torch stable for long time?Do we have to set the time of function, or there is a button on and off?
A8. Yes, it is stable for week. While for waste incineration, it is no need for torch working 24 hours all the time. We can write your command in the PLC programs such as turn off after a certain of time.
