Ceramic Coated Pipes are manufactured by applying a special refractory coating on the inside and outside of mild steel pipe. Depending upon the normal bore of the pipe one or two refractory coats are applied on inside of the pipe. On outside the number of coats ranges between 3 to 5. This improves the resistance of the Ceramic Coated PIpes to the attack of liquid metal & slag. It is used in Electric Arc Furance for Oxygen as well as Argon Lancing.
Application:
• Cutting scrap, raising bath temperatures and decarburizing
• Opening nozzles in tundishes and ladles
• Injecting carbon and other powders into the electric furnace and ladle
• Opening the iron notch of a blast furnace
• Injecting argon into ladles
• Injecting argon and oxygen into the aod
• Injecting flux for degassing in aluminum melting furnaces

1. Outer Diameter: From 21.4mm-60mm for your choice
2. Length: From 1 meters to 5.5 meters (customized)
3. Coating: 2mm-3mm (customized)
