Ⅰ.Purpose
1. Improve productivity.

Ⅱ.Status quo
1.Processing material:PE, PP, PVC, POM, PA, ABS, PC, etc.
2.White and transparent products have too many carbons.
3.Because there are many carbides,They're unstable at producing,so there are more downtimes
Ⅲ.Analysis of the cause
1.White and transparent products require a high appearance.
2.Because there are many carbides in the machine, can not produce continuously,so they have more downtime,However during the shutdown process,carbons are produced again,so it is formed a vicious circle,more and more carbides are produced.
3.Because the hot runner has a simple structure,less dead space, so we judge that the carbides should be at the screw, nozzle and so on.
2.When the machine shutdown,a few resins remain in the screw and nozzle. At high temperatures for a long time,resin can decompose and carbonize.
After adding purging compound into the screw, it has a displacement reaction with the residual resin, this scheme can clean residues and prevent carbons.
3.SANP PURGING COMPOUND not carbonize at high temperatures for a long time.

2.Greatly reduce carbides when booting.

Ⅵ.Usage method
1.In the production gap of shutdown, mold change and color change, fill purging compound into the screw,ensure that the nozzle to the hopper are filled with purging compound,then the machine can shutdown or standby.
2.In subsequent production, you can replace purging compound.
