We invite totally dry method to process maize in the whole production line. This line is designed as automatically including raw material in-taking, pre-cleaning, elevating, separating, de-stoning, peeling, de-germing, de-dusting, milling, grading and bagging parts. In order to save floor space and reduce power consumption, we build it bilevel with steel structure which is more compact and artistic. Take maize as input material, you can get maize flour, maize grits and animal feed from this plant at the same time.
1. Storage of corn should be next to our plant's intake, dig a pit near our machine and above the pit there is a screen machine for pre-cleaning of grains.;
2. At cleaning part, we employ one set of vibrating screen and destoner to remove impurities; we also add one set of magnetic selecting device on the way of cleaning to collect metallic impurities;
3. At peeling and de-germing part, we employ 3 sets of emery roller de-huller, 1 set of iron roller de-germinator, one set of separator and one set of germ extracting machine working together to remove husks and germs from corn. For this reason, we can get very low fat grits and flour with very high quality;
4. At milling part, we have one set of hammer mill and two sets of roller mill to crush and grind peeled maize. Working with plan-sifter and suspending sieve, we can get maize grits and maize flour separately with very high quality;
5. At packing part,we have semi automatic packing machine to pack grits 10-25per bag.,20-50kg per bag.
6. At de-dusting part, we have pluse filter control system to keep workshop clean;
