Construction hoist overload protection pressure sensor is mounted between the bottom surface of the lift cage construction with additional steel plate down by the weight of the pressure sensor to measure the weight of a weak strain and weight signals into electrical signals to pass through the transmission cable weight limit device .
Construction hoist overload protection is coming from the sensor signal by the limiter summing amplifier , A / D converter , microcontroller operation , when the weight lifting cage reaches or exceeds the set value , the corresponding relay respectively within the limiter actions connected with the elevator control system to insure lift safe and reliable.
