Horizontal Type Bed Head Unit / Bed Headwall is a Medical Gas Pipeline Terminal Equipment, used in hospital wards / patient rooms and other function rooms (such as ICU) which are with Medical Gas Pipeline System. It is integrated variety of functions for doctors and nurses to make diagnosis and medical treatment and those for patients lighting and communicating.
The Bed Headwall / Bed Head Unit is designed to install different parts such as Medical Gas Outlets, Electrical Sockets, Nurse Calling and Intercom Panels, Communicating Ports, Lighting Equipment, etc. at a function position.
A typical installing inviroment in hospital wards is just as follow picture shows:
They are wall mounted, on the patient bed head side. In the panel trunking, there are Medical Gas Pipes, Electrical Cables, Communicating Data Cables, etc. as users' requirements, to supply medical gases, electricity power, and data. Also, two kinds of lamps, including Indirect Lamp and Reading Lamp, can be installed in the Bed Head Units.
